At Sisterson, we assist troubled companies in resolving strategic, operational, and financial issues necessary to reverse their misfortunes.  We understand the pressures facing these companies. We can help them monitor cash flow, negotiate with lenders and other creditors, and implement processes and controls to improve performance.

We also have represented different constituencies in bankruptcy proceedings including debtors, secured creditors, committees of unsecured creditors, and trustees. We are also experienced in providing turnaround management and financial analysis in out-of-court reorganizations, assisting in out-of-court liquidations and in the acquisition of companies in bankruptcy.
We understand the bankruptcy process and the types of financial analysis that bankruptcy necessitates. We have conducted preference searches, analyzed potential fraudulent conveyances, assisted with court-required financial disclosures, and reviewed and consulted on plans of reorganization.
