Business Process Review and Improvement

The Sisterson Technology Group can provide valuable insight to your business processes. Many companies neglect business processes and implement temporary fixes to improve workflow. As a result, departmental solutions are created that duplicate work throughout the enterprise and in most cases lead to further breakdowns in the flow of information.

Sisterson has an approach to review existing processes and make the recommendations necessary to streamline your workflow.

Our project approach is as follows:

• Assign an internal project manager to assist with the project
• Schedule a kickoff meeting with all company personnel assigned
  to the project
• Schedule individual interviews with these personnel - use a questionnaire to determine how they see the flow of information
• Meet with each individual to collect all paperwork, screen shots of
  all computer data entry screens and system or manually
  generated reports
• Follow-up interviews to review all data and begin construction
  of flowcharts
• Meet with groups within each department to build the formal process maps that will be used for the formal review
• Make recommendations on how to streamline the given process
  being presented
