Our Team

Mike's emphasis at Sisterson is on tax planning and compliance for privately held businesses and their shareholders. He has served as a corporate tax advisor to one of the Firm's largest clients for many years and has extensive experience working with large S corporations, consolidated income tax groups, and multi-state taxation issues. Mike is also in charge of the tax services provided to not-for-profit clients. In addition to client responsibilities, Mike leads the Firm's Private Investment Companies team and is involved with planning in-house continuing education programs.

Areas served: not-for-profit including private foundations, investment companies, service businesses, manufacturers and high net worth individuals.

Mike started his career at Sisterson in 1983. “It’s been satisfying to watch our clients grow and prosper over the years,” he says. "We strive to understand their tax situations and anticipate their needs."

Mike and his wife live in Baldwin Township, PA. They have two daughters and three dogs.
