Our Team

Kent is responsible for all aspects of tax compliance and consulting services. He specializes in tax research and compliance for multi-jurisdictional corporations, partnerships, and individuals. He also has extensive experience in strategic tax planning related to Mergers and Acquisitions, State and Local Tax Planning, Cost Segregation implementations, and Audit Representation. He provides services to various industries that include, but are not limited to. natural resources (oil & gas, timber), construction, real estate, transportation, manufacturing, and professional services. His clients consist of mid-market, closely held, family-owned businesses in the tri-state area. 

With almost 30 years of experience, Kent has a long history of nurturing his client base as a trusted advisor, fulfilling the ongoing requirement to deliver excellent service to clients in the context of their needs. 

Kent joined the firm in 2023. He lives with his wife and daughter in Ross Township, PA..
