Senior Associate, Lender Services
Sisterson & Co. LLP is seeking senior associates for its Lender Services Practice. This position’s primary responsibility will be performing collateral field examinations for commercial lenders comprised of reviewing collateral pledged to support revolving lines of credit, books and records, internal reporting systems and controls of the Bank’s customer or prospective customer. A collateral field examination is an on-site visit that focuses on the review and testing of the quality of the Bank’s collateral, reliability of the Company’s books and records, and adequacy of financial controls. Results are conveyed in written reports, which identify key risks and recommendations. Successful candidates have the potential to work on other consulting services projects such as litigation support, fraud investigations, forensic accounting, valuations and acquisition due diligence. Since a majority of the field examination work is performed on-site at the facility of the Bank’s customer, this position requires significant travel, both out-of-town overnight (estimate range of 35 to 75 nights per year) as well as day trips.
