Our Team

Bill directs tax compliance and consulting engagements at Sisterson and has expertise working with closely held businesses and public companies. His experience in tax planning and compliance services is broad and varied, and includes corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates and trusts. Bill's hands-on service approach is to spend a considerable amount of time in identifying tax-planning opportunities for his clients and taking a pro-active role on the effect of new tax legislation. He views the Firm’s tax compliance service as a key vehicle for tax planning and advises Firm personnel to “look beyond the tax return.”

Consulting focus: M&A, business structure and succession, multi-state operations

Bill joined Sisterson in 1987. “Our firm has a tremendous track record of being thorough, responsive, and technically astute,” Bill says. “We have a lot of depth in our tax department."

Bill and his wife have four children and make their home in Sewickley, PA.
