Megan E. Walsh, MBA, CFE

Consulting Services Partner

Since graduating from Carlow University in 2008, Megan has been employed by Sisterson & Co. where she was promoted through the ranks from Associate to Director until being admitted into the Partnership in January 2021. She is charged with overseeing the quality of and spearheading the strategic leadership of Sisterson’s Consulting Practice.

To succeed in this endeavor, Megan manages a significant portfolio of clients and a team fully dedicated to business advisory services. Technically proficient with various consulting services offered by the firm, primarily including collateral risk mitigation consulting, collateral field exams, portfolio reviews, quality of earnings reviews, merger and acquisition due diligence, and forensic accounting engagements. she has assisted with other consulting engagements, such as valuations, financial projections, turnaround management, and cash flow management projects.

Sisterson’s consulting engagements require extensive expertise in various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, commercial services, transportation and logistics, technology, commodities, healthcare, machinery and equipment, financial institutions, and contractors. Megan is capable of efficiently utilizing data manipulation software and techniques, coupled with business and industry research, to thoroughly analyze and understand data to enhance each engagement. Her interviewing, negotiation, and conflict resolution training also assists her in building rapport with clients to comfortably utilize her expertise to bridge client operations with accounting process and procedures to add understanding and value to engagements.

Megan is also charged with recruiting, dynamically training, and directly mentoring staff of all levels. She regularly develops tailored internal templates for engagements utilized for client work performed for clients ranging in size from $1 million in annual revenue to over a $1 billion in revenue, locally owned and operated firms to multi-national corporations.

Megan enjoys traveling and volunteering for various organizations.
