Michael joined Sisterson in 2018 and is a partner in the firm's Tax Practice. He advises closely held and family-owned businesses, high- and ultra-high net-worth individuals, and family offices on strategic tax planning, advisory and compliance matters. He has significant experience with federal, multistate and international tax issues, including entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. Michael focuses on helping client manage technical complexity, anticipate planning opportunities and make informed decisions in an evolving tax landscape.
Michael lives with his wife and two children in Murrysville.
