Sisterson Admits Three to Partnership

Regional certified public accounting and financial consulting firm, Sisterson & Co. LLP has announced that Melissa A. Pugne, EA, MST, Jared G. Sullivan, CPA and Megan E. Walsh, MBA, CFE have been admitted to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2021. 

“We’re honored to welcome Melissa, Jared, and Megan into the partnership,” said Bradley P. Lusk, Managing Partner at Sisterson. “They have each made significant contributions to our clients and to the firm over the years and we look forward to their continued leadership and growth.”

Ms. Pugne, a Tax Partner, joined Sisterson in 2006. Her experience includes tax return review and tax planning for S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, not-for-profit organizations, and individuals. She works with clients in a variety of industries including real estate, manufacturing and distribution, oil and gas, investment companies, private foundations and public charities. An Enrolled Agent (EA), Ms. Pugne earned her BSBA and Masters of Science in Taxation from Robert Morris University.  

Since joining Sisterson in 2008, Mr. Sullivan, Assurance Services Partner, has provided audit and accounting services to manufacturing and distribution, energy, development stage, private investment, and real estate organizations. His industry experience also includes employee benefit plans, not-for-profit, and government entities. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed CPA and received his BSBA in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.  

A Consulting Services Partner, Ms. Walsh is responsible for field examination and due diligence services to various financial institutions regarding asset-based commercial loans with a focus on collateral risk mitigation. She also conducts business advisory engagements for clients in a variety of specialty industries. A Certified Fraud Examiner, Ms. Walsh joined Sisterson in 2008. She is a graduate of Carlow University and the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business Executive MBA program.
